Our company has a modern, fully equipped quality control laboratory, which includes, electronic precision scales, testing husker, testing mill, testing grinder, Koskina, moisture meters, electronic machine for measuring the bleaching of rice.

The department is staffed with properly trained, scientific personnel and is responsible for the evaluation of raw materials, the monitoring and control of the production process, as well as the supervision of the fumigation of the final product. In addition, in collaboration with external laboratories, it carries out annual sample analyses for the detection of genetically modified organisms (GMO), heavy metals, aflatoxins and pesticide residues.

From the harvest of paddy rice, from the rice fields of Macedonian plain, up until the final package product we make sure we have a safe product in the market.
